One view… Eighty characters

Few artists know how to transmit knowledge to the new generations. With two decades of experience in teaching and over 30 years in the field of graphic design and fine arts, Anastasia Carpio presents the exhibition "One View, Eighty Characters", showcasing the outcome of her time in the classrooms of Caracas' top design schools.

With a avant-garde style, the professor and visual artist led typography studies for hundreds of students, whose works are now displayed in the exhibition with over 1,000 pieces.

The exhibition reflects what Carpio learned during her years of training in the United States, where she gained extensive work experience with design firms and publishing companies. She was the first Venezuelan to graduate from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.
