The materials I use in my work are remarkably versatile, and the flexibility of gauze never ceases to amaze me. From the very beginning, I developed a deep understanding and a profound connection for this material, which has allowed me to adapt it consistently to a wide range of techniques.

My curiosity led me to experiment with how gauze behaves under various techniques, such as engraving. I found that its delicate yet flexible nature adds a unique texture and depth to the engravings, creating a distinct aesthetic. Additionally, I experimented with integrating gauze into predetermined, fixed spaces, like the wooden frame depicted here. By doing so, I explored how the gauze can transform and enhance the spatial dynamics of a piece, offering new perspectives and artistic possibilities.

Through these explorations, I have discovered that gauze is not just a medium but a dynamic component that interacts with different techniques and materials, opening up endless creative opportunities.
